Our Managed services cover:

• IT helpdesk and remote support

Covers all the services in our Managed IT Support Services plus:

• Our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution with managed Security Operations Center (SOC)
• DNS/Web content Filtering

Covers all the services in our IT Support and Security options plus:

• Our Office365 backup solution
• Strategic IT Consulting and Planning
• Removed "call-out" fee for our out of hours response, first 15 minutes of triage free and a reduced hourly out of hours rate to £60 per hour - Fair usage policy applies

PC, Laptop or server broken down? Our workshop team can repair these to a high standard to get you back up and running. 

*Additional costs for any required parts and shipping.

We can supply your Microsoft 365 and a range of other licenses. We also monitor these to make sure your in-use totals are correct so you do not overspend on wasted licenses.

Do not feel the need for a full service, why not buy a few hours of our IT support. 

Per Hour

Need us outside of our contracted hours? We can still help, £120 will be charged for the first hour for call out and triage work and then the flat rate will applied for any hours used afterwards.
